Slurpy soup/Winter Challenge
Steps

Take a pressure cooker put all veggies, all leaves, oregano & a cup of water cover the lead to cook one whistle.

Strain the cooked veggies, side the stock & grind to make the puree.

Strain the puree. Soak the almond for 1 hour, then griend to make a paste.

Heat a heavy bottom pan put the vegetables stock & bay leaf, cooked till it's start boiling. Add the vegetable puree mix it well & cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add almond paste mix it well & cooked another mint. Coursely griend the blackpepper.

Add salt & blackpepper mix it well. Almond soup is ready.

Serve hot. A almond soup is the best soup in winter.
