In winter season many of us like to eat methi Pakoda or fulvada or methi gota. Many of you are health conscious and also follow diet journey who avoid having fry food. Let's try this delicious Chilla. It helps to fulfill the craving of methi Pakoda little bit.
Steps

In mixing bowl add fenugreek leaves, Besan, salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and mix it.

Add little by little water and make better. (Don't make runny better)

Now add fruit salt to give fluffy texture. Mix it and keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes.

Apply oil on hot tawa. Pour ladle full better. Cover it and let it cook on low to medium flame.

Apply oil on top side and flip it. Cook it on bottom side.

Healthy version of chilla is ready.
