First of all, wash and chop the tomatoes, carrots and beetroot. Then add chopped tomatoes, carrot, onion, beetroot, garlic, cinnamon, cloves and 1 cup of water in a cooker and let it cool for 4 whistles.

Now crush the boiled tomato mixture well with a hand mixer and strain it through a sieve. Then add red chilli powder, pepper powder, sugar, salt and tomato sauce and mix well.

Now, heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and gratted ginger. Let it boil for 10 minutes on medium flame. Now cut the bread with the help of a heart shape cutter and add some oil to fry the bread pieces in a pan.

So, Tomato soup is ready. Serve hot with fresh cream and bread piceses.
