Happy new year dessert, simple and easy to cook for family members to enjoy. course: indian sweet dessert, Diet: gluten free, vegetarian, nutrients value: vitamin A,E,K and minerals: potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
Steps

Wash & clean carrots 🥕, pat dry on kitchen towel and grate it well, keep aside. Heat ghee in a wok, add grated carrots 🥕 cook for 5 mins on medium low heat.

Add milk 🥛 and mix well, cook until all the milk 🥛, milk powder, no lump should be from and all the liquid milk is dried out, add sugar mix well.

Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract and mix well, check if sugar givens out water 💦 cook on medium low heat, till dried out, stir always after adding sugar.

Remove from heat and let it cool, remove halwa in a serving dish and garnish with sliced almonds & black currant and serve.
