Honey Soy pork using double grill pan

In a bowl, put your pork and add the spices, then the soy sauce

Grate your garlic and mix. Then store in the fridge for about 2hrs.

Heat your pan for about 5minutes on medium low heat, then place your pieces of pork and cover.

Turn each side after 5min until cooked. Enusre to cover as it helps cook faster.

Meanwhile prepare your sauce. Add paprika, ketchup, vinegar and honey in a bowl and stir.

Once your pork is ready, cut it into small pieces then add your chopped onions and rosemary. Then mix

Lastly pour your sauce into the pork and mix well. Cover with foil and place back into the pan on medium low heat. Cover for about 15-20min.

Your pork is ready for serving. You can serve with any accompaniment of your choice I.e., rice/potatoes/ugali. Enjoy 😋
