Ingredients

  • 3-1/3 poundscenter cut pork chops
  • 28 ounceyour favorite barbecue sauce, I used hickory brown sugar, sweet baby rays
  • 1large bell pepper, green
  • 1medium yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the peppers

    Dice the onions

    Rinse the chops add salt to both sides of the chops.

  4. 4

    Layer the chops on top of the onions and peppers

    Then cover with sauce.

    Add the rest of the chops

    Cover with sauce and garlic.

    Simmer covered for an hour till done.
