  • 1/2 CupSea Salt or Himalayan Salt
  • 1 3/4 tspPotassium Chloride
  • 1/2 tspMagnesium Glycinate
  • 500 mgCoconut Water Powder
  • 1000 mgTaurine

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well!

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of dry mixture to 32oz or 4 cups of water.

  3. 3

    Flavor with 1/4 cup of Orange or Pineapple juice if so desired.

    Alternatively, you can use True Lime and True Lemon powder.
