Boil one cup of water, add salt, cumin and carom seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida. Add rice flour and stir nicely.

Now take out this steamed rice flour in a plate add chick peas flour. Mix nicely with spatulas and hand.

Take half portion and put it into chakali machine. Press and take out the stirips and put them in hot oil.

Then fry the strips on low flame for about four minutes

Take out the crispy snacks on kitchen towel. When cooled, put them in air tight container.enjoy them as crispy snacks anytime..
