Cook the Sago in 3 cup water on medium flame till it becomes transparent.
Drain it & pour cold water. - 2
Melt the 2 tbsp sugar on low flame until golden color or it turns into caramel. Remove from heat. Keep it aside.
Beat all the remaining ingredients in a hand mixer. Then add the cooked sago & mix it well. - 3
Pour the Sago & milk mix into the caramelized mould. Close it with a lid or an Aluminum foil. Cook it in the double boiling system 25 min on medium flame.

Remove from heat. Cool it.
Keep it in the refrigerator 15 min.
Decorate it with broken nuts.
Delicious & Yummy Caramel Sago dessert is ready to serve. - 5
