Steps

Wash all the Leaves properly and set aside.

In a mixing Bowl add Ragi Flour, Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Lemon Juice. Mix all the ingredients properly with the help of water and make a thick Batter.

After that Keep the Leaves on a Big Plate and Apply this Batter on One Side of the Leaves and Fold the Leaves.

Then keep the Folded Leaves in the Steamer and steam it up to 10 to 15 minutes.

Let it Cool and then Cut this Vadi in small pieces.

After that in a Frying Pan add 1 tbs Oil, Heat the Oil and add Musterd Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Hing Powder.

Add this Pieces and stir properly.

And your Tasty & Healthy Alu Vadi is Ready to Serve.
