1/2 kgpotatoes
Salt to taste
1/2 tspchilli powder
1/2 tspblack pepper
3 tbspcorn flour
1 tbsprice flour
2 tbspMaida
Oil for frying

Wash and peel off potatoes boil 20 min let it cool and mashed it

Add all spices mix well with hands like a dough roll on counter

Cut in pieces press with fork and fry until crisp

Serve in kids lunch box
