Mix besan and water and make a smooth batter.

In a Kadai heat oil, crackle mustard seed, and hing. Now add 3g paste, and carom seeds. Add all masalas

Mix well and keep stirring continuously, no lumps should be formed.

Add the coriander leaves. Mix again till all the water evaporates and the batter gets like a dough.

Grease a tray, spread the besan mixture, and flatten it. Allow it to set.

Once set properly, cut it into squares and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
