Ingredients

  • 250 gcauliflower florets
  • 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  • 1tomato chunks
  • 2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, and cumin seeds. Now add florets mix well. Bake for 5mts

  2. 2

    Now add the, chickpeas, tomato and all spices, And bake for 15mts. Serve hot. Garnish with coriander(optional)
