Wash and add the finely chopped,fenugreek leaves, now in a kadai add oil,add cumin seeds

Add turmericpowder,add dry red chilli,now add chopped fenugreek leaves and potato

Mix it well now add salt,add red chilli powder

Mix and cook it for 5 minutes, by doing greens will start leaving it mositure.Cover the pan and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes or till the water from the greens is complete observed or oil start getting separated for it. Ensure the flame of the gas is on medium and mix it and cook it for another 2 minutes.methi Aloo ki sabzi is ready to serve.
