Boil water & sugar together on Gas oven, after 1 minute boil it in low flame. When it turns thick, add 4 drops lemon juice (for not crystallization). Then add cardamom powder. Keep aside. In a large bowl, add flour,salt & ghee. Mix it well. Then add a little water, knead it well & make a smooth dough.Cover it with wet cloth for 15 minutes.

Then roll it. cut sides to squre shape.Then evenly cut in the middle & dust it with flour. Fold it half & seal the corners with water. One corner pass it through the cuts & other side seal it opposite direction.

Heat oil in kadai & fry it till golden brown. Then put it in sugar syrup for 2 minutes & then take it out from syrup. Cool it & store it in a jar for 15 days.
