Stuffed Artichokes and Potatoes (Dolma Qarnoun wa Batata)

Peel and wash the vegetables, then hollow them out. Mix the filling ingredients together and stuff the vegetables with the mixture.

In a pot, heat the oil, butter, and chopped onion. Sauté briefly, then add salt and black pepper.

Add about 1 cup (240 ml) of water. Place the stuffed vegetables in the pot and cook over low heat until done.
