Take all ingredients together. In a bowl, spread the curd at the base. Layer the water soaked chia seeds over the curd.

Add mixed seeds or chopped nuts. Add honey,cardamom powder and cinnamon powder. Mix well.

Top with the milk soaked chia seeds and finish it with a fruit toppings.
