Heat oil in pan & add cumin seeds. After splatter, add Capsicum, cumin powder, turmeric powder, green chillies & salt. Fry it well.Then add sugar.mix it.

Then add Cottage cheese & fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Add a little water. Cover & cook it for 5 minutes in low flame. Add garam masala & mix it well. It's done. Serve it with Puri or Paratha.
