Ingredients

  1. 3Ripe bananas (6 cups thinly sliced)
  2. 1/2cupMilk
  3. 1/3cupSunflower oil
  4. 1tspVinegar
  5. 1tspVanilla Extract
  6. 1 1/2cupsAll Purpose Enriched Wheat Flour
  7. 3/4cupSugar (preferably light brown sugar)
  8. 1tablespoonCorn starch
  9. 1tspBaking soda
  10. 3/4tspBaking powder
  11. 1/2cupChopped walnuts + ¼ cup sprinkles on top

    Prepare a checklist. Gather the necessary supplies in advance and keep them nearby

    Prepare a checklist. Gather the necessary supplies in advance and keep them nearby

    Preheat the oven to 180 C.

    Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, oil, milk one at a time to a bowl and whisk well; sugar should dissolve.
    Add vinegar, Whisk, add vanilla ; Whisk. There should be no lumps Combine all ingredients to make a smooth batter

    Place a sieve on of the bowl. Add the dry ingredients-flourm baking soda, baking powder, corn starch etc ; sieve into the milk mixture. Whisk everything gently to combine.
    Add chopped walnuts. Mix using fold and cut technique gently.

    Place the paper liner in the mold. Pour the batter. Do not fill to the brim. 2/3 is enough. Sprinkle walnuts on top

    Place the muffin maker inside the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Chec to see the muffin is by inserting a stick into the muffin., If the stick comes out clean, the baking is done

    Take out and let cool
    Delicious Nutritious Walnut Banana Muffins are ready to taste. Transfer the muffins to a serving plate. Serve with Milk, Coffee or tea. Enjo
