Steps
- 1
First boil potatoes. Cool it down. Peel the skin of potatoes. Grate it.
- 2
In small mixer jar, take pudina or mint leaves, coriander leaves, 2 green chilies, 1 inch ginger, 1 tsp cumin seeds, salt and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Grind it by adding little water. Our green chutney is ready.

In grated potatoes, add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt. Mix it. Our aloo mixture is ready. Avoid green chili as it's made for children.

Take one sliice of bread. Apply butter on it. Spread green chutney. Keep potato mixture on it.
- 5
Heat tawa or flat pan. Add some butter. Place bread slice of potato mixture on it. Potato mixture side is above. Make another side crispy by roasting it properly. Do not burn. Check time to time.
- 6
Keep this slice on plate. Spread tomato ketchup on it. You may use date tamarind chutney instead of ketchup.
- 7
Add onion and tomato on it. Garnish with coriander and sev. Make two parts of slice. Enjoy with ketchup or chutneys.
