  1. Chopped pineapple (size of pieces: small)
  2. 250 gminiature marshmallows (white or colored)
  3. 500 gwhipping cream
  4. 99 gpistachio pudding mix (Jell-O)
  5. Dry fruits crushed for garnishing
  6. Substitutes
  7. If you dont have fresh fruit you can use canned fruit and the juice in the can
  8. Mandarins or clementines or grapes as pineapple substitutes
  9. Whipped topping in place of whipping cream

Cooking Instructions

5 min, cooling time 1-4 hrs
  1. 1

Take a large bowl and add in all the marshmallows. Add in pineapple chopped. You can use canned pineapple with the juice if you don't have real fruit. In my recipe i substituted mandarins for pineapples because I did not have any. Mix well with a spoon

  2. 2

Add all of the pistachio pudding mix into the bowl and mix well. You will notice the mix turning green. The pistachio adds the flavor and texture to the mix.

  3. 3

Add the whipping cream to the mix and stir well. Mix from bottom top to ensure all the pudding mix is not left at the bottom.

  4. 4

Pour it out in a serving bowl and let it cool in the fridge for 1 hour minimum. If you have the time before serving, let it cool for 4 hours or more. It can last for 2 days in the fridge. Serve in a bowl and garnish with dry fruits or a cherry.
