First, grate the paneer. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, and green chili.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add cumin seeds and cloves, and let them sizzle. Add the onions and green chili, and sauté. Crush the peanuts, add them, and fry everything until golden.

Grate the ginger and add it in, then add the tomatoes. Add all the spices and sauté for a bit. Pour in the cup of milk and bring to a boil. Add the grated paneer.

Cook on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, add a tablespoon of ghee. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh cilantro on top. Serve hot with paratha or roti.
