Egg Fried Corn with Skillet Potatoes

My kitchen is my lab. So, Inspired by the Korean corn cheese and American corn with eggs, I decided to try the same but with no cheese as my family are not big fans of cheese.

My kitchen is my lab. So, Inspired by the Korean corn cheese and American corn with eggs, I decided to try the same but with no cheese as my family are not big fans of cheese.

Fry your onions with bay leaves on medium heat until transparent

Add your boiled corn in small potions adding your spices at this point

Cover and let cook for 5 minutes under low temperature

On another pan, add your diced onions and oil. Place your potatoes and sprinkle on top your spices and salt
- 5
Place your potatoes on the stove on low heat for two minutes
- 6
Add some water to the sides and then cover for 10 minutes

Serve and enjoy 😊😊
