  • 500 gramchicken gizzards
  • 100 mlwater
  • 3garlic, minced
  • 10 gramginger, sliced
  • 4bay leaf
  • 200 gramlard
  • Salt & pepper

    Clean the gizzards.

    In pan, boil chicken gizzards, bay leaf, garlic, ginger, water, salt and pepper until well done. Strain.

    In sauce pan, melt lard. Fry gizzards.
