  1. 500 gramchicken gizzards
  2. 100 mlwater
  3. 3garlic, minced
  4. 10 gramginger, sliced
  5. 4bay leaf
  6. 200 gramlard
  7. Salt & pepper

    Clean the gizzards.

    In pan, boil chicken gizzards, bay leaf, garlic, ginger, water, salt and pepper until well done. Strain.

    In sauce pan, melt lard. Fry gizzards.
