Steps

Boil the rice with salt till half cooked then drain & keep aside to cool. They should be
dry, not sticky. - 2
Heat oil in a tawa and add jeera then add onion & fry for 2 mins. Then add tomatoes, salt, green chilli. After 2 min,
add capsicum and pav bhaji masala. - 3
Fry it till the masala is cooked and then add the rice. Mix it properly and garnish with coriander.
If you like you can add small chunks of paneer { fried or non-fried it's your choice
I always prefer non-fried} - 4
You can serve Tawa Pulao with the choice of your raita / plain dahi.
