Fry the fries on medium heat for about 15 minutes and remove from the oil, do not let it turn into golden. Add salt when prepared according to your estimation.

When you are done half frying all the potatoes with the salt, refrigerate it an hour or so.

After taking it out from the freezer, coat it with corn flour before frying again and add paprika after frying.
