Spanish Egg Omlette

Grate the potatoes and wash in water. Sieve the water and make dry. Add the cornflour.

Heat oil and butter mix in a non-stick pan in medium flame.

Mix well all the ingredients mentioned above. Stir to mix well.

Cook both sides of the egg omlette on low heat. Serve with Bread to your children and family.
