Collect the necessary materials. Place near the cooking area

In a bowl, take all vegetables, rice flour, chickpea flour, spice. Add salt, 1 tablespoon of oil in a bowl. Combine them together with your fingers. Take about 3tbsp dough to make lime size balls.
Place a skillet (cast iron skillet) over a medium flame. I use cast iron skillet as it retains heat and good for health.
Grease your palm, flatten the balls to make patties. Place the patties on the greased skillet.
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil around it. Simmer the flame. Cook both sides, about 5 min - 3
After a few minutes, lift the paddle. If it is brown, pour a little oil on top and turn them over. Both sides should be brown. After cooking turn off the stove. Patties are ready. Transfer to a serving platter

Kids love cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top of patties and microwave for 2-3 minutes; After the cheese melts, take out and serve. Cheesy healthy patties are ready for serving. You may serve patties with Ketchup
