  1. 3 cupssoaked white rice
  2. 1/4 cupcooked white rice
  3. 1 table spoonyeast
  4. 1/2 table spoonbaking powder
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. vegetable oil for frying

    Blend the soaked and cooked white rice together

  2. 2

    Mix yeast, sugar and baking powder in the blended rice

  3. 3

    Cover in a warm place and allow to form bubbles(rise)

  4. 4

    Frying in a masa pan with vegetable oil

  5. 5

    Serve with pepper soup or vegetable soup
