Assemble ingredients

Blanch spinach, then blend into a smooth paste by adding ginger + green chilli + little water. Lightly fry paneer cubes and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add butter + oil, add cumin seeds and allow to crackle, then add chopped garlic and sauté for few seconds.
Then add onion and sauté till golden brown and then pour the spinach paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt + turmeric + cumin powder + coriander powder + garam masala and cook till water evaporates and spices leaves oil. - 4
Lastly add milk + fresh cream + sugar, stir well and add paneer pieces and cook further for 3-4 minutes.
Dish is ready to serve. Decorate with few paneer pieces and enjoy to the fullest.
