Ingredients

  • 3 TbspOil
  • 1 CupChopped radish leaves
  • 1/2 CupGram flour
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1Small tomato
  • leavesNeem
  • 1/2 TbspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tbspcumin seeds
  • 1large spoonful of Asafoetida
  • 1 TbspRed chili powder
  • 1/2 Tbspcumin powder
  • 1/2 TspTurmeric powder
  • As requiredSalt to taste

Steps

20 Minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, and cumin seeds and then add asafoetida and neem leaves.

    Add chopped chillies and chopped tomatoes, mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.

    Then add chopped radish leaves and half a cup of water. Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt to taste, mix everything well and let it cook for two minutes.

    Now add gram flour to it and keep stirring the vegetable so that it does not get lumpy.

    Hot Radish bhaji is very enjoyable to eat with bajra roti and radish tubers.
