  • Qaute cup of perboiled rice
  • 3 table spoonpowder milk
  • 1medium onions
  • 1egg
  • 1 halfteaspoon of yeast
  • 3 table spooncondensed milk
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • Veg oil

Steps

3hr : 30mins
  1. 1

    Blend your rice with the parboiled rice.

  2. 2

    Add your yeast and allow to rinse for 1 to 2hrs.

  3. 3

    Then add your milk, condensed milk, sugar, chop onions,egg

  4. 4

    Mix it to form a homogeneous mixture.

  5. 5

    Then start frying your masa.
