    Marinate your chicken for some hours and fry
    Once you're done set aside

    In a pot add your oil. Then fry some onions, ginger and garlic

    Add 1 spoon of masala mix and chopped ata rodo

    Next add your chicken stock and mixed bell peppers, carrots
    - add your seasoning salt, knorr cube, curry

    Add your chicken and coconut milk

  6. 6

    Let it cook for some minutes
    To make it thicker (mix corn flour with water, it should look like liquid milk 🥛)
    Pour it in your pot bit by bit until you get the consistency you want
    - food is ready, serve with pasta, potatoes or rice
