Make tinned chickpeas better!

I love adding chickpeas to salads but I find tinned chickpeas to be quite bland and not tasty added straight from the tin. This is a quick way to add flavour to cooked chickpeas, and works well thrown into a big salad!
Don't leave out the coriander seeds - adds delicious crunch and pop of flavour!

Steps
- 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then add to a dry frying pan over a medium-high heat.
- 2
Add the spices and a pinch of salt, then cook quickly, stirring or shaking the pan regularly so it doesn't catch.
- 3
Cook for 5-10 mins so the spices are nicely fragrant and the chickpeas are dry and starting to flake a bit.
- 4
Drizzle with olive oil and serve as a side or throw into a salad.
