Ingredients

1hr 15 mins
4-6 servings
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 cupfrozen mixed vegtables
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup (low sodium if you can find)
  • 1 1/2-2 cupsShredded Chedder (adjust amount per your pref)
  • 32 ozbag of tater tots

Steps

    Brown ground beef. When almost done add mixed veggies. While cooking preheat oven to 425F.

  2. 2

    Spray a 8x8 baking dish with oil. Drain beef and add to dish.

  3. 3

    Mix in cream of chicken soup. Top with cheese and then Tater tops.

  4. 4

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake covered for 50 minutes. Remove foil and cook another 20 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy. Let cool for about 10 minutes and serve.

awesome. my one change 2 try is adding cream 9f mushroom instead of using the chicken. we'll m see.
