Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 2 pack (80 g)noodles
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2medium size dried cat fish
  • I sachet of noodle seasoning
  • 1 tablespoonblended scotch bonnet
  • 4 tablespoonchopped onions
  • 1 teaspoonoregano
  • 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • Halfa teaspoon of curry powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the fish thoroughly and shred

  2. 2

    In a saucepan add the vegetable oil and saute onion for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the pepper and fish add water

  4. 4

    Add the noodles and spice, Cook for 7-10 minutes

  5. 5

    Enjoy with egg omelette or hard boiled egg with hot chocolate.
