Mix Tomato,BBQ, Tabasco, honey,Coca cola, Sweet chilli, Garlic and onion powder and just touch of vinegar in a tray

Place your ribs in there cover it with foil

Slow cook (140-160) for 2-3:30 hours

Cut your vegetables(Cauliflower, Capsicum,Onion,Carrot)

Add Bay Leaf,Pepper corn, salt,sugar, star anise in a pot

Add vegetable bring it boil

Let the vegetables cool down
- 8
Use the same sauce you cooked ribs in to heat up and more if necassary

PS: Glaze sauce if not shiny
