Put brie wheel in a strong plate, Add thyme and honey

Cook in oven at 200 for 7-15 mints

Reduce Balsemic vinegar to make a glaze

Toss the strawberry and pepper into Balsemic glaze

Cut sourdough spray with oil

Cook in oven with baking paper for 5-10 mints or until crunchy

Plate up as shown
