In a plate put panko breadcrumbs
In another mix milk and mayonnaise
In another put flour - 2
Dip the cod fillets in flour first then in milk mayonnaise mix then panko breadcrumbs.

Peel your potatoes and put them in a bowl of water. Then pat them dry and cut them into chips.

In a wok put a good amount of sunflower oil and heat up the oil. When it's hot fry your chips a first time until golden brown. You can do it in small batches if you want. Set aside on a plate with kitchen towel to absorb the oil excess.

In the same oil fry your 2 cod fillets until golden brown. It won't take long as the oil will still be very hot. Remove from wok and place it on a plate with kitchen towel to drain the oil excess.

Fry your chips a second time.
Put on the plate again with more kitchen towel. - 7
Time to plate and enjoy!
