Ingredients

  • 250 gMargarine
  • 200 mlIcing Sugar
  • 2 mlSalt
  • 5 mlVanilla Essence
  • 500 mlFlour
  • 125 mlDried Cranberries, finely chopped

  1. 1

    Whisk the Margarine, Icing Sugar, Salt and Vanilla Essence until well combined.

    Mix in the Flour and Cranberries, until will combined.

    Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes until it is firm enough to roll.

    Roll out and cut dough with a cookie cutter.

    Place the cookies in a prepared baking sheet and bake on 160°C for 15 until the edges are golden brown.
