In Sindhi Macaroni is known as Macrolyun. Some of you might find this strange but in Sindhi Cuisine we cook macaroni like a sabzi with many variations.... with keema, phool patasha ( puffed lotus seeds) and also make many snacks with macaroni.
Today I have made macaroni with potatoes in the tomato gravy.

Today I have made macaroni with potatoes in the tomato gravy.
Steps

In a pressure cooker heat oil and add jeera and sauté till translucent.

Add puréed tomatoes and sauté well.
- 3
Add salt and all dry spices and sauté till tomatoes leave oil.

Add chopped potatoes and macaroni and mix them well. Sauté for 2-3 mins till the masala coats the veggies nicely

Add as much water as required to make gravy. Cook for 2 whistles and then on low flame for 4-5 mins.

Let the heat go off, then garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
