Every time winter ❄️ comes, coffee lovers come into sight 🤓 So here is a very easy and handy coffee paste, just make and freeze. Whenever you desire for a hot cup of coffee, boil the milk and add coffee paste as desired and enjoy.
I always whip cream and refrigerate it as well.
So I top my coffee with some whipped cream and enjoy. Gives a perfect cafeteria coffee taste 😍🙂
Sugar can always be adjusted, while I use about double the coffee, which is just perfect for me.

6-7 tbsppowdered sugar
3-4 tbspboiling water
1 tspvanilla extract

In a jug or big bowl add all the ingredients.

Use a spoon, hand whisk or for quick results, just use an electric beater. Beat for 3-4 mins until the paste is formed and it is whipped.

Pour into a jar and freeze upto a week or till the water separates. You can whip the leftover liquidy coffee again with your next batch of paste.
