Wash coriander leaves very nicely and keep in strainer for 2 hours to drain excess water. Then roughly chop and keep aside. Finely chop onion.

In a mixing bowl add Besan + rice flour + onion seeds + chopped onion + chopped coriander + salt + green chilli and mix well.

Mix all well and bind shape of Pakodas (round flat) or any shape of your preference.

Heat oil in pan / kadhai, start dropping fritters one by one and fry them till golden brown.

Bara / Fritters / Pakodas are ready to serve.
