Ingredients

  1. 4egg whites
  2. 1 cupsuper fine sugar
  3. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  4. 1/2 teaspoonapple cider vinegar
  5. 1 teaspooncornstarch
  6. Toppings
  7. Whipped topping
  8. 1 cupheavy cream
  9. 1/4 cupsugar
  10. Fruits of your choice

Cooking Instructions

90 mins
  1. 1

    Line sheet pan with parchment paper preheat oven 350

  2. 2

    With hand mixer or stand mixer, with whisk attachment
    Add egg whites and whip on medium speed for 2 mins until soft peaks form.

    Now Add sugar in 2 parts. Add first part of sugar mixing about 30 seconds then add second part

    Add vanilla and mix

  5. 5

    Whisk on high until glossy stiff peaks form

  6. 6

    Add vinegar by folding into stiff peaks

  7. 7

    Now Fold in cornstarch

  8. 8

    On lined sheet pan with spoon scoop about 6 dollops of meringue on sheet pan using spoon to leave a shallow center to allow whipped cream and fruits to sit

    Place in oven. Immediately turn oven down to 200 F

  10. 10

    Bake 90 mins. Rotate after 40 mins

  11. 11

    Remove from oven to cool add add toppings and enjoy

    Store in cool place inside plastic container
