Strawberry pavlova

Cooking Instructions

Mix the eggwhites with the sugar until they are silky white and stiff.

Add in the cornstarch and the white wine vinegar and gently fold in with a spoon (not mixer like earlyer)

Pre heat the oven at 200°.

On a baking sheet draw a circle using a plate, place the sheet on a tray and put your mix in the circle shaping it to look kinda like a cake.

Add in the oven the "cake" and let it at that temperarure for 12 min then lower your oven's temperature to 150° (on non electric ovens that means button at 2) and let it sit for 1h 15min.

Let the pavlova cool in the oven after it is bake with the door semi opened

Mash some strawberry to make a topping and mix the whipping cream in which you add some on that topping but not mixing it all....just creating a marble effect

Put your mixed whip cream on top of the pavlova, drizzle whit topping and add the strawberrys.
