Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 200 gramyoung and small Bhindi
  • 8-10curry leaves chopped
  • 1 Tbsprice flour
  • 2.5 Tbspchickpea flour
  • 1/4 Tspdry mango powder
  • 1/4turmeric powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 Tspred chili powder
  • 1/3 Tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 Tbspwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbspgroup roasted peanuts
  • Cooking oil for deep frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    After clearing and washing the ladyfinger allows it to dry. I have taken small size bhindi. Chop length wise.

    Mix all ingredients mentioned in the ingredient section (except cooking oil). Mix well.

  3. 3

    In a wok heat oil to medium hot. Deep fry marinate masala bhindi for all sides, till golden and crispy. Serve with tomatoes ketchup.
