To celebrate the sixth birthday of Cookpad, l have chosen a decision and a different recipe. This is popular in Maharashtra.

After clearing and washing the ladyfinger allows it to dry. I have taken small size bhindi. Chop length wise.

Mix all ingredients mentioned in the ingredient section (except cooking oil). Mix well.

In a wok heat oil to medium hot. Deep fry marinate masala bhindi for all sides, till golden and crispy. Serve with tomatoes ketchup.
