  7. chilli bean paste,
  8. oyster sauce
  9. cooking wine,
  10. black pepper,
  11. dark soy sauce

    Wash & marinade, 2tbs cooking wine, 1tbs oyster sauce,2tbs soy sauce, 1/2tbs dark soy sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper

    Fry the chicken to golden brown, then add the garlic, ginger, chilli beans paste
