Firstly, take toor dal and wash it and soak it for about 10 min.

Now take a pressure cooker and add toor dal,chopped spinach,chopped tomatoes,green chilli,ginger,salt, turmeric powder,water and cover it with lid and pressure cook it untill 4 whistles

Once done let the pressure cooker cool down then open the lid and whisk the dal

Now in a pan add oil once the oil is heated add mustard seeds,curry leaves, hing dried red chilli, coriander.And sautee them for about a min.

Then add the dal and give it a stir and bring it to boil.

Your Andhra Style Palak Pappu is ready.
