Prep all veggies.Take beetroot Diced, put it in grinding jar, and make puree

Take 3 cups atta in mixing bowl, add onions, salt, ajwain, sesame seeds, coriander, 1 tbsp oil and beetroot puree and make medium soft dough. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.

Take one roundel coat with atta and roll it out medium thick

Take pan place thepla and roast it with oil from both sides till it becomes crisp and golden brown. Ready to serve with curd or sabji.
